Amanda Hand, LPC, MNM

Amanda is a mental health and nonprofit management professional with over 25 years of experience helping people reach their potential personally and professionally.  With a background as a trauma therapist, business owner, and director of nonprofit organizations, she uses her experience and education to bring high-quality programs to social services organizations who serve the most vulnerable.

Amanda holds a B.A. in Psychology from Texas A&M University, a M.A. in Counseling, and a Master’s in Nonprofit Management. She brings a depth of experience to all aspects of running a maternity home. Deeply passionate about babies, whether in the womb or out, she strives to offer the best services she can to those she serves and manages.

Amanda considers herself a servant leader who believes that we serve God by serving others and chose the nonprofit sector because it allows her to do this in a personal and professional capacity. She is passionate about accountability, transparency, and integrity. Amanda is a wife, mother, and dedicated Catholic and parishioner at St. Mary’s Catholic Center in College Station, TX.  She is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a son who is a third generation Aggie and is fiercely loyal to her alma mater.  You can always find her cheering on her Aggies in football, basketball, and baseball or listening to an audiobook or true crime podcast.
